As expected of Atour, the room is still perfect, beautiful and reasonable. The self-branded mattresses and pillows are simply amazing. There are 4 washing machines + dryers, and there are people to help you change them. The breakfast is simply luxurious, and there is a place on each floor to store snow. plate Located in the urban business district, there is basically everything around. It is not that close to Jiangjunshan Ski Resort, but I don’t think this is a problem.

The location is very good, there are places to shop and eat downstairs. The room is clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is a little poor. But overall it is very good.

Altay Atour Hotel is the best hotel in Altay City. The service of Atour is amazing! The staff is polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich. The dining time is also very long. There is take-away coffee. There is also drip coffee in the room. There is also a warm brand, which is so warm! There is also a late-night porridge service at night, which is warm and cozy. I like the aunt who cooks porridge👍

The room is very clean and the transportation is convenient. It only takes about ten minutes to go skiing at Jiangjun Mountain by taxi. There are many restaurants around and a supermarket next to the hotel. It should be said that the entire Altay city is not big and is close to everything.

It was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. I highly recommend it. The front desk was very enthusiastic and quick in checking in and out. When I was checking in at the front desk, other colleagues handed me a cup of delicious warm black tea. I was in a hurry when I left and forgot to take the black tea bag in the room. The free snacks and porridge in the restaurant on the 4th floor were also great. The bedding was very comfortable. There were many varieties of breakfast in the morning. I actually found morels in the mushroom soup noodles. The water in the shower was very hot and big. The room was so warm that I had to open the window to cool it down. The best thing in the room was the humidifier, which had a huge steam output. It wouldn't make your throat and nose dry after a night's sleep.

I have been to Altay many times, and this is the one I am most satisfied with! The bedding is very comfortable and the sleep is very good. The service is 100 points. There were some minor problems with the booking software when checking in (not the hotel's fault). The waiter actively solved it and took the initiative to upgrade the room to make up for it. The attitude is super good. The breakfast is delicious The heating temperature in the room is moderate. This is really the most suitable one among the Altay hotels I have stayed in. They also took the initiative to provide a humidifier filled with water, which is very considerate.
